I
sell properties primarily in South
Charlotte, Uptown, and The Art's District where
you'll find homes from
under $100,000 to well
over $2 million. Here are just a few of my favorite neighborhoods:

South
Charlotte
Area
5 is located
between Providence Rd. and Park Rd. and spans from Uptown to beyond
I-485. South Charlotte is the premiere place to live in
Charlotte and is made up of several communities including the
Ballantyne area, Dilworth, Myers Park, and South Park. The Southern
Corridor has undergone unprecedented growth in recent
years.
South
Park
Boasting
some of the best shopping in Charlotte, South Park has become a trendy
and upscale place to live. South Park Mall features stores
such as Nordstrom, Sephora, and Louis Vuitton. Restaurants
in South Park are plentiful and offer a wide range of
quality cusine. Ruth's Chris Steak House, The Cheesecake Factory, and
P.F. Chang's
are some of South Park's favorites.
Myers
Park
The
oldest and most expensive neighborhood in Charlotte. Myers Park will
take your breath away with its sheer beauty. Drive down the oak-lined
streets of this million-dollar-plus community to get a feel for the
natural beauty of Charlotte.
Dilworth
East
Blvd. runs through the heart of Dilworth and is the center of
entertainment and activities in this neighborhood located just south of
Uptown Charlotte. Along East Blvd. you'll find bars, restaurants,
shops,
and coffee houses, all within walking distance of the area's beautiful
houses. Atherton Mills antique Mall lies just west of East Blvd. on
South Blvd. and features many fine restaurants and stores. Spend
the day wandering through the shops, and then eat at one of the
restaurants.
Carrabas, Pewter Rose Bistro, and Southend Brewery are popular
choices.
Ballantyne
This
upscale area in the southernmost part of Charlotte
has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years. Like
South Park, Ballantyne has a high concentration of impressive homes and
commercial development.
Provincetowne:
Another up-and-coming area that boasts about 130 sprawling ranch homes
built in
the 70s. This quiet subdivision offers affordable living in an
area
surrounded
by expensive homes. Ideally situated, Provincetowne is close to major
shopping,
restaurants, and businesses.
One
of my favorite
neighborhoods is Lakeside Acres,
which borders Providence Plantation. Take
a turn into this neighborhood and you’ll feel like
you’re a million miles
away from it all. With an abundance of mature trees, it’s
country living in the
heart of the city—and
it’s not uncommon to spot deer in your
backyard.
White
Oak:
This neighborhood is immaculate! Beautifully manicured lawns and
gardens are
evident on every block. A stone’s throw from Piper Glenn,
this subdivision
consists of all brick homes—both ranch style and two-story.

Charlotte's
downtown area, referred to as Uptown, is high-rise living at its
finest.
Check out Tryon St. and College St. to get a true sense of the many
bars, restaurants, and nightclubs the city has to offer. Beautiful
high-rise condos dot the city skyline, and the Historic Fourth Ward
provides a glimpse of old Charlotte.

NODA
or The Art's District
North
Davidson, or Noda as it is commonly known, offers loft-style living
interjected with quaint houses. North Davidson is also home to
Charlotte's art houses and the Charlotte Gallery Crawl, an event which
includes much eating, drinking, and gazing at art work.
