A Little Bit About Me

My passion for real estate began with the purchase of my first home in Buffalo, NY, and grew to an obsession during the California years. Two decades of LA living gave me a new appreciation of what it means to own your own home. Sure, it was only 800 square feet, but it was 800 square feet that represented the achievement of a dream: owning your own home in Southern Californa. Twenty years and 2000 square feet later, I decided to cash in my chips and move to Charlotte, NC. I was immediately drawn to South Charlotte where I purchased my first home. I loved the area so much I was soon buying a second home, then a third, then a fourth, then a fifth….Charlotte is booming and new construction is everywhere you turn. I don’t want to miss out, and I don’t want you to either.
